Clare Millette is an accomplished litigator with more than 15 years of experience representing large corporate clients in state and federal courts nationwide. Her practice focuses on defending complex premises and product liability cases, as well as trial and appellate advocacy across a wide range of jurisdictions.

Clare has appeared in courtrooms throughout the country; briefed and argued critical motions; and led numerous significant fact and expert witness depositions. Known for her ability to distill complex legal and procedural issues into clear, persuasive arguments, she has secured numerous favorable rulings and appellate decisions on behalf of her clients.

Her national practice includes serving as National Coordinating Counsel jurisdictional manager, Regional Counsel, and Local Counsel in asbestos and environmental exposure litigation. Clare has also served on national and local trial teams for Fortune 500 companies, contributing to multiple trials taken to verdict and leading post-trial and appellate briefing efforts.
