Biography
Clare has served as a NCC jurisdictional manager, Regional Counsel, and Local Counsel for corporate clients in both asbestos and environmental exposure matters. She served on both national and local trial teams for Fortune 500 companies, resulting in her participation in many trials taken to verdict. Clare is highly skilled in appellate advocacy, deposition practice, and motion strategy. She successfully prepared complex Daubert challenges, summary judgment motions, post-trial motions, and authored winning briefs before the Supreme Court of Mississippi and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has participated in hundreds of hearings, status conferences, and settlement conferences in both federal and state courts.
