Houston, TX – October 2025 – Cosmich Simmons & Brown, PLLC is pleased to announce its continued national expansion with the opening of a new office in Houston, Texas, marking the firm’s ninth location nationwide. The Houston office will be led by Partner Roger Nebel, who brings decades of experience in complex litigation and insurance defense.
“We are thrilled to be opening our ninth office and establishing a presence in Texas,” said Managing Partner Clif Jefferis. “Expanding into Texas represents an exciting milestone for our firm and allows us to strengthen our service footprint and meet the growing demand for experienced, trial-ready defense counsel across the region.”
