Michael Simmons authored a chapter for the second edition of the multi-volume series, Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law. He authored the same chapter in the first edition, which was released fifteen-years ago. Volumes in second edition are being released by publisher Thompson Reuters in stages. Volume 7 containing Michael’s chapter was released on September 18, 2018.
