Donna Meehan obtained summary judgment for multiple clients sued in a construction negligence case. Plaintiff was the employee of a subcontractor and was rendered a quadraplegic after falling three stories on the construction site of a new hotel. Ms. Meehan argued and the court agreed that the property owner, builder, developer and affiliated companies were not liable for injuries to the employee of a sub-contractor where the injuries arose out of the work the sub-contractor was performing.
