CSB Diversity in the Law Scholarship Awarded to Faith Hall

Faith Hall, a first-year law student at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, has been awarded the Cosmich Simmons & Brown Diversity in the Law Scholarship. The scholarship was presented by CSB attorneys Amorya Orr and Brianna Bailey during the MC Law Awards Ceremony held on Thursday April 11, 2024.
A standout in her class, Hall’s achievements have already distinguished her within the legal community. During the Fall 2023 semester, she earned a place on the Dean’s List, demonstrating her dedication to academic excellence. Additionally, she showcased her legal acumen by reaching the semi-finals of the 1L Opening Statement Competition, a notable accomplishment for any first-year law student.
The Cosmich Simmons & Brown Diversity in the Law Scholarship was established in 2018 by the firm to actively promote and support efforts aimed at increasing diversity within the legal profession. By awarding this scholarship to Hall, CSB continues its commitment to fostering a more inclusive and representative legal community.
