Overview
Clint is a detail-oriented, analytical attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience, including serving as local and national counsel to defendants in product liability, premise liability, construction defect, breach of warranty, and toxic tort litigation. Clint has served as national coordinating counsel for asbestos defendants of all magnitudes ranging from defendants involved in only a handful of cases to defendants involved in tens of thousands of cases in over 40 states and countries. Clint has extensive experience in all aspects of national coordinating counsel work, including developing and enforcing defendant-specific litigation and defense strategies and protocols; hiring and training local counsel; monitoring and evaluating local counsel performance; litigation budgeting; conducting corporate and product investigation; interviewing company witnesses to develop company story and defense themes; revising significant pleadings and motions; training and developing company witnesses for corporate depositions; developing standard written discovery responses and tailoring responses to defendant-specific discovery strategies; identifying and assessing trial risks and benefits and cases to target for early resolution; settlement negotiations and mediation; trial preparation; and monitoring litigation trends and adjusting defense strategies accordingly.
