Overview
Molly Sue is an associate attorney in Cosmich’s Columbia office, where her practice focuses on complex toxic tort cases in asbestos and talc litigation. She represents clients in various manufacturing and service industries, as well as related industrial fields. She comes from a diverse legal background, with prior experience defending Fortune 500 companies in Workers’ Compensation cases. Prior to working in private practice, Molly Sue clerked for The Honorable R. Kirk Griffin on the South Carolina Circuit Court.

Outside of work, Molly Sue can be found reading a book, needlepointing, or hanging out with her dog, Ivy. Molly Sue is most involved in coaching mock trial teams for the University of South Carolina, where she has coached teams to compete in the National Trial Competition and various other invitational competitions over the years.
