Robert brings over 35 years of experience to the firm and is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina. Robert represents clients in various manufacturing industries, service industries, and related industrial fields, and in toxic tort and complex litigation cases. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, personal injury cases, product liability and intellectual property cases, appeals cases, and more. Robert focuses his practice on toxic torts, class action and multi-claim litigation, consumer product safety, risk prevention and regulatory compliance, and litigation.
