Overview
Madeline focuses her practice on litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort litigation matters. While she handles all phases of litigation up to trial, you can mostly find her appearing on talc focused matters and defending asbestos defense focused depositions. Madeline serves as local counsel in Kentucky on asbestos related cases and insurance dispute matters. She also represents insurance companies in premises liability disputes and travels across the Commonwealth to appear locally on their behalf.
