Biography

Margaret "Peggy" Joffe is a trial attorney who received her law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1986. She has practiced extensively in New Orleans in the areas of personal injury defense, maritime defense and general insurance defense.

Ms. Joffe handles matters in the areas of casualty litigation, insurance defense, class action and toxic torts. She is a member of the Louisiana, American and Federal Bar Associations and is active in the New Orleans Pro Bono Project. Ms. Joffe teaches Trial Advocacy at Loyola School of Law and has for more than a decade. She has also been a regular faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
