Overview
George Irwin is a partner in the firm’s California office, where he focuses his practice on complex litigation, including products liability, real estate disputes, chemical and toxic exposure matters, and business torts.
George has extensive experience defending manufacturers and suppliers in personal injury and toxic exposure cases, including claims arising from both premises liability and alleged product defects. His work often involves highly technical subject matter, including cancer and disease causation, genetics, industrial hygiene, and epidemiological and toxicological analysis.
He has represented clients in a wide range of toxic tort matters, including those involving benzene, asbestos, and talc, and is experienced in navigating the scientific and medical issues central to these cases.
