Overview
Kay Dodge focuses her practice on managing litigation and has extensive experience defending product liability, toxic tort and mass tort cases for her clients.
She manages litigation on both the national and local levels and has defended complex liability cases in federal and state courts across the county.
Her practice involves a variety of litigation-related matters, including products and premises liability litigation and asbestos and silica litigation. She has served as national counsel in charge of discovery for manufacturers of asbestos-containing products. She has handled Medicare reporting on nationwide basis for reporting entity. She handled document reviews and document productions, as well as working to prepare corporate witnesses for deposition with those documents.

- Won summary judgment in a product liability case for natural gas company in cases involving catastrophic explosion.
- Won summary judgment in an asbestos toxic tort matter for a valve manufacturer where victory was based on lack of identification of specific product despite advertising materials identifying products at work site.
