Overview
John Cosmich is a founding partner in the firm. John has been litigating asbestos cases since 1991. His passion is being in the courtroom and has tried dozens of asbestos personal injury cases on behalf of product and premise defendants in jurisdictions across the country, obtaining numerous defense verdicts for his clients. John serves as NTC and on national and regional trial teams for several Fortune 500 companies. Cos is the first attorney to secure a defense verdict for a talcum powder defense case.

Outside the Office
When Cos isn’t in the courtroom or traveling from trial to trial, you can often find him at the pool table, where he plays competitively and has earned a reputation as quite the pool shark. He also enjoys unwinding at the beach with his family, making the most of his time away from the legal arena.
