Cosmich Simmons & Brown is proud to announce that Andrew W. Knuth, III, has joined the firm. Drew is resident in the firm’s new Pittsburgh office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, insurance defense, municipal, premises liability, product liability law, real estate, and tort defense, with a particular emphasis in toxic tort law. His clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses. Throughout his legal career, Drew has litigated numerous complex matters throughout the United States. He has taken hundreds of fact and expert witness depositions. In his product liability, mass tort, and environmental practice, Drew successfully defends corporations in negligence and other claims involving exposure to chemicals, mold, asbestos, silica, and numerous other substances, as well in matters alleging design and manufacturing defects.
